Do I have buy a booster and if so will it solve all our I don't have an ATT branded booster, never said so. I am losing my mind at how badly we have treated and how bad they misrepresented all the things we were supposed to get but dont get at all. What we to do? Cheap internet, new free phones, 100xs faster internet and new direct tv boxes was all Intentionally MISREPRESENTED! Now what? Our sales rep wont call us back, direct tv came out and didnt fix our tv problems and now I got to drive 30 miles to go into an actual att store oh and our bill is $30 more than we were told it would be. Of course now we are beyond the 14 day cancellation period and cant get out of our contracts. The kick in the gut is when you have the pleasure of spending hours on the phone explaining the problems to a operator, put on hold, transfer to a supervisor that you have to retell the story to, have them put you on hold and then get disconnected 4 times over the course of 8 hours. So our internet has slowed down to a snails pace, ATT also is charging us for the phones, and our TVs are all messed up (sound disappears without warning, cant change channels or even see a picture, and our ability to watch anything on Amazon or Netflix is impossibletethering and buffering happen 5 to six times per 1.5 hour movies. Of course if you want that fast service it would cost us more. A) att admits in the elevator music that after 20 gigs of internet slows down considerably. He and the tech walked around and said we can get you 100xs faster internet and new phones for free if we bundles direct tv, phone and internet and it would less money were paying. We did not invite him and he came under false pretenses. The supervisor was a salesman with att re cell service and internet. A supervisor came over during the installation of the new boxes and tower. They sent a technician because were being up graded with this weird cellular device (as another phone line). We simply called att because one of direct tv boxes wasnt work.
